WE DO
Vision of Love is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to uplifting youth, families, and neighborhoods across New Mexico. Even before officially forming our organization, we began serving our community with limited resources and a deep commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces where people can thrive. Today, our work continues to grow through programs and initiatives grounded in our five pillars: academic support, financial literacy, economic and community development, health and wellness, and housing and infrastructure.

Community Outreach & Support
We believe in showing up for our community in meaningful ways. Vision of Love provides year-round support through:

Friendsgiving community dinners, offering free meals to families in need

Back-to-school events, providing students with backpacks, supplies, and classroom resources for teachers

Christmas giving projects, ensuring children receive toys and holiday support

Autism awareness and inclusion events, promoting understanding, advocacy, and family support

Monthly women’s and men’s groups, creating safe spaces for connection, wellness, and personal growth
These initiatives strengthen families, create belonging, and ensure no one feels alone during important moments of the year.
Youth Development & Education
Our strongest mission centers on empowering the next generation.
Through Reality U, we bring an innovative financial literacy simulation into schools to help students understand budgeting, decision-making, and real-world responsibilities. This program lays the foundation for building confident, well-rounded young adults who are prepared for life beyond high school.
We expand this impact even further through the El Camino Project, a 12-week leadership and personal development program designed to guide young men ages 14–21 in building identity, discipline, wellness, and purpose. Together, Reality U and El Camino create a powerful pathway that nurtures academic success, self-leadership, and long-term stability.
